Enzo is on Fallout Isle and requires Level 1000. He is the only named boss with published HP and drop rates.

Easy is the practice mode. Nightmare is the only mode that drops the Execution Orb, and it is the only mode where Friend Slaying Fishing Art reaches 10%.
What to bring
Seven skill rows list immunity to boss-skill damage: Whirlwind Fishing Art, Shangqing Realm, Heaven's Burden, Vajra Godcast, Ruinous Sacrifice, Twelvefold Resolution, and Heavenbound Infinity. A shorter boss note names the first six and leaves Heavenbound Infinity off that sentence, even though the skill row itself says immune. Shangqing Realm is the row that also bypasses boss invincibility.
Ruinous Sacrifice grants +999 rod Power for 10 seconds and drains 20 HP every second. Pair it with healing or with Black Tortoise, whose current invincibility is 20 seconds below 20% HP after the July 11, 2026 buff.
The four Slaying Arts are the skill drops. Their effect text is not published, so this page does not rank their damage. The Execution Orb boosts the Execution line only.
Where the fight sits in progression
Fallout Isle is the third island on the rod-price ladder, but the level gate is 1000. You can buy the island's rods, at 100,000 and 200,000 Cash, long before the boss is available. Rain on this island also spawns Verdant Alligator Gar, Verdant Grouper, and Verdant Bonefang.
